Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Before ordering your Jelpic. Please read our terms and conditions.
– It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the flowers reach Jellybrations in the
best condition possible.
– Jellybrations can arrange for collection of the flowers/memorabilia by our courier
services, if required. This will incur extra charge.
- It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the correct flowers/memorabilia are
given to the courier at the designated collection point.
- The flowers/memorabilia must be clearly labelled and packaged correctly.
- Jellybrations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the flowers by a third
party or due to bad packaging.
- Jellybrations remove all wire and floral tape from the flower arrangement and this is
discarded.
- Jellybrations select the best conditioned flowers and foliage for placing in the resin.
Remaining flowers and foliage are used for testing and are not returned.
- Jellybrations do not return any unused flowers/memorabilia, foliage or any other items
to the customer.
- Booking deposits are non refundable due to cancellation.
- If collection is cancelled, payment is non refundable unless Jellybrations has been
notified 7 days before date of collection.
- Jellybrations will not start the process of placing the flowers/memorabilia into the acrylic
resin until full payment has been made by the customer.
- During the preservation process Jellybrations arrange the flowers and foliage into a
‘posy’ style arrangement which must be held together by the ribbon sent by the customer.
If ribbon is not sent by the customer Jellybrations use a suitable ribbon from their stock.
- Jellybrations do not recreate the bouquet for the customer.
- Jellybrations do their utmost to preserve the flowers/memorabilia to the highest
standard. Jellybrations do not take responsibility for any poor results which are due to the
age, condition, variety and colour of the flowers/memorabilia delivered to us.
- Due to the reaction of the acrylic resin on the flowers, some flowers and parts of flowers
and foliage may loose their colour.
- In some circumstances on certain types of flowers it may be necessary to artificially
enhance the colours of the flowers and foliage.
- Jellybrations endeavours to complete all orders within 28 days of receipt of the
flowers/memorabilia. During the busiest times of the year Jellybrations may take longer to
complete the orders.
- Once the flowers/ memorabilia are encapsulated and set into the resin they will last for
many years. Jellybrations will not accept responsibility if any colour change takes place
over a period of time.
- If damage does occur in transit Jellybrations must be notified within 2 days of receipt of
the jelpic so that we can take the necessary action with our carriers.
- Where a claim for defect or damage is made the Jelpics must be returned before a
refund is made.
- There will be no obligation by Jellybrations to offer a refund until the Jelpic in question
has been returned.
- Jellybrations liability is limited to the full purchase price of the Jelpic.
